JEFFREY A. AHREN

Jeffrey Ahren, a Florida REALTOR®, provides real estate sales, marketing and consulting services for buyers and sellers of homes on the waterfront in Naples, Florida. The quest which ultimately brought Jeffrey to Naples began years ago, when he first began practicing law after graduating in 1992 from The Rutgers School of Law in Camden, New Jersey.
As an attorney for almost a decade with a prestigious law firm in Southern New Jersey, Jeffrey achieved success in a wide spectrum of civil cases. A substantial portion of his practice involved real estate.

Eager for new challenges, Jeffrey left his legal practice to pursue an entrepreneurial vision of a new model of real estate sales and consulting. He chose the Naples area for the fabulous lifestyle, and to build his real estate sales career in one of the most dynamic, exciting markets in the country. Jeffrey leverages his market knowledge with the professional skills he developed as an attorney to provide steady, thoughtful and experienced service to his real estate clientele. To save customers time, inform their decisions, and match available amenities with lifestyle choices, he developed a confidential process that converts local real estate data into information you can use. Recognizing the importance of specialization, he affiliates with top local professionals, firms and vendors to partner in expertise from other disciplines to provide consistent, highly skilled, efficient service. Identifying that buyers and sellers of luxury real estate today increasingly demand and deserve a sales experience that is personalized, customized and innovative in the use of emerging technologies, Jeffrey has formed a team with Douglas Sharpe to achieve all of these objectives.

Jeffrey currently resides just outside of North Naples with his wife, Danielle, and daughter, Ashley. In addition to helping clients, Jeffrey enjoys times of reflection at the award winning beaches here, music (his eclectic taste runs from Miles Davis to U2), reading (particularly on history and biography) and sports. In the fall, he is a devoted fan of the Philadelphia Eagles. Jeffrey had the privilege of traveling worldwide at a young age, and lived in Australia for 3 years as a teenager. From this experience, he developed an appreciation of other cultures, their history, and cuisine. Dedicated to the Naples community, Jeffrey is active in his local church, and supports charities that furnish housing for those in need, and protect and preserve the environment and natural beauty of Southwest Florida.

DOUGLAS M. SHARPE

Douglas Sharpe is a Naples, Florida REALTOR®, who focuses his real estate sales, marketing and consulting practice on waterfront properties along the Naples coastline. Douglas’ background has uniquely prepared him for the rigors and demands of handling sophisticated and time sensitive real estate transactions. Formerly a Management Professional for many years in the Hospitality industry in the resort locations of Los Angeles, California and Steamboat Springs, Colorado, Douglas formulated a deep conviction in the importance of impeccable, personalized service. He appreciates the necessity of being discreet in handling affairs for individuals with a high public profile, as well as others who place a premium on privacy.

A dedicated real estate professional, Douglas places a high emphasis on superior market knowledge, continuing professional education, and innovation through leveraging the latest technology to better service clients. When Douglas is not busy helping his real estate clients, he pursues his passion for adventure and travel. He is an avid skier, a lover of books, and can at times be found riding his classic Harley Davidson along the Gulf Coast to unwind. Born and raised in New England, Douglas is a “die hard” Patriots and Red Sox fan. He loves to help his clients find the “good life” in Naples, where he lives with his wife, Cynthia. Always eager to “give back” to the community when he can, Douglas is active with and supports a local charity that helps children and adults diagnosed with autism.
