I. ABOUT THE NAPLES AREA

Naples, Florida has a national and international reputation as one of the finest places in the world to live or visit.

We specialize in luxury real estate in Naples, Florida, assisting those looking to buy or sell a home in waterfront communities such as Port Royal, Park Shore, Bay Colony, Vanderbilt Beach, Barefoot Beach, and Pelican Bay

Located along the Gulf of Mexico in beautiful Southwest Florida, Naples offers miles of white sand beaches, sparkling blue-green surf, and average high temperatures that are greater than 70 degrees Fahrenheit during the “winter” months. The Travel Channel in 2005 ranked Naples as the “Best All-Around Beach” in America. Residents of Naples enjoy golf, tennis, boating, angling and outdoor activities of all kinds year round. Naples has been designated as having more golf holes per capita than anywhere in the U.S., and is the home of some of the best sportfishing locations in the world.

What truly sets Naples apart is its premier real estate. While Naples boasts many fine neighborhoods and communities, some, such as Port Royal, contain magnificent estate homes as luxurious, opulent, well appointed and distinctive as any in the U.S. or beyond.

While the pace of life is relaxed, and the general atmosphere is resort style casual, Naples has cosmopolitan flair.

Naples is famous for its restaurants of high quality and diverse cuisine. The local restaurant scene is brimming with creativity, and offers formal and casual dining choices for diners of all tastes. World class shopping opportunities in uniquely beautiful settings can be found throughout Naples, including Fifth Avenue South, Third Street South, Venetian Village, and at the Waterside Shops, among other fine merchants.

Experience fine arts at many privately owned galleries, at the Naples Museum of Art, Von Liebig Arts Center, Weatherburn Gallery and other venues, and at the annual Naples National Art Festival. The performing arts can be enjoyed at the Naples Philharmonic Center for the Arts, and the nearby Barbara B. Mann Performing Arts Hall in Ft. Myers. The former is the home to the Naples Philharmonic (an 85-piece chamber orchestra), and the latter to the Southwest Florida Symphony Orchestra and Chorus. Top performances of classical and popular music, dance including ballet, and theater can be enjoyed at both venues.

A jazz concert series is a staple monthly during the summer at the Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club. The Naples Winter Wine Festival is a top ranked charity wine event that annually attracts the most prominent wine collectors in the country as well as celebrities. Just outside Naples, the Marco Island Film Festival is held each November, and has been rated as a top 10 “destination festival.”

There is always something varied and exciting to do in the greater Naples area. Numerous parks, preserves, and natural areas are available to explore. At the Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary, a 2.25 mile boardwalk wanders through several distinct Florida habitats. Visit the Everglades National Park, or take an airboat ride on the “sea of grass” in nearby Everglades City, where alligators can be seen up close. Try canoeing over a 13 mile trail through a mangrove forest in Collier-Seminole park, or learn about the proud history of the Seminole and Miccosukee Indians. Enjoy a Major League Baseball spring training game in March in Ft. Myers, where the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins train. Take the entire family to the Naples Zoo at Caribbean Gardens, a nationally accredited zoo spanning 52 acres of jungle setting, where rare animals can be seen and a waterboat “cruise” can be taken. In Cape Coral, a 12 acre waterpark provides fun for all ages, with more than 24 wet and dry attractions.
